Wicklow Heather Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards (hereafter referred to as eGift Cards) become subject to the following Terms & Conditions upon purchase.
The Wicklow Heather Gift Card and eGift Card is available in euro (€) only. It is a prepaid Card or eGift Card which means that money must be loaded onto the Card at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be used for more than one transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted. Gift Cards and eGift Cards may not be redeemed for cash. The Gift Card can be used as often as the cardholder would like while the Card is valid and until the total amount has been used up.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility, as the purchaser, to ensure that the recipient of the Wicklow Heather Gift Card and eGift Card is aware of the Terms & Conditions that apply to Wicklow Heather Gift Cards and eGift Cards. Also, that the correct email is provided at time of purchase.
If a Gift Card or eGift Card is lost or stolen, this is the sole liability of the holder. No Gift Card or eGift Card will be replaced and no refund will be issued. Protect them as you would cash.
Wicklow Heather Group (or “standard-type”) Gift Cards or eGift Cards are only valid at Wicklow Heather Restaurant. For full details on locations, opening hours and other specifics on where and how to redeem, please visit the website(s) of participating businesses.
Gift Cards or eGift Cards are valid for five years from date of purchase.
eGift Cards received by email must be presented either physically or digitally on arrival at the venue. Gift Cards or eGift Cards that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
In the event of suspected or proven fraud and/or improper use of a Wicklow Heather Gift Card or eGift Card, Wicklow Heather reserves the right to suspend (pending investigation) or cancel any Gift Card or eGift Card without notice.

If you purchase a Wicklow Heather Experience Gift Card or eGift Card, the Card is valid for the experience purchased during the advertised valid dates. For example, if the experience is valid for three months, the Gift Card or eGift Card would automatically become a Group (or “standard-type”) Gift Card or eGift Card that can be used in participating venues after these three months have elapsed.
Wicklow Heather reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the Terms & Conditions of our Gift Cards or eGift Cards at any time without notifying the holder.
Data collection and use are subject to the Privacy Policy of Wicklow Heather and of the Gift Card and eGift Card purchase system supplier. Specifically, data is only collected for the purposes of completing or supporting an activity, namely the Gift Card and eGift Card purchase or the reservation process. No other use is made of the collected personal information, and is never passed to third-parties without permission.
